The AST buff spear does not work with enkindle

Frequency: Every time the AST buff spear is on a SMN when enkindle is used

Steps:
1. AST draws a spear card and places it on a SMN
2. Enkindle is used
3. Enkindle comes off cooldown but wont activate the egis skill until 3 minutes total have passed
