5% physical / 5% magical dmg , MCH have to choose.... they shouldnt , why not both? :P

Emp Arrow should lower piercing resistance like Drg debuff , same goes for MCH (blank , remove knocback add 10%piercing )

if you did that a lot of DRG would be angry as it would remove their special snowflake status...
