dev 10?? Implement the rest of the fatigue system so people stop freaking

Whether or not the fatigue system is a good idea or not, it is not fully implemented. This results in people coming to an inaccurate understanding of the extent of fatigue. So even it has merit and serves a useful purpose, it is frustrating and scaring people away. It has been stated(on more than one occasion possibly, but i could be wrong) that the experience points you are penalized for while in fatigue will be banked and grouped for something else. The higher tier of fatigue, the more "mystery points" you'll be able to get. What if this is how to obtain that class specific gear we were given a sneak peak at? It could be like a merit point system. I'm not saying this is how things will be, only encouraging people to not take something at face value and assume it is, what it was intended to be...because almost nothing else in the rest of the game is.

My purpose here is to communicate that the fatigue system needs to be closer to its completed form ASAP, so people can understand it and not immediately reject the entire game because of it.

I personally think that fatigue will be removed after the PS3 launch or until further content is added. It's clearly a time sink and an unpopular one that really doesn't even work. There are lots of R50s out there. Death penalties will be the next direction they go.

I personally see fatigue being removed because it does more harm to the game's image than the harm it should be doing to players. People that don't play FFXIV always resort to calling that out as a turn off or a huge negative. It doesn't matter whether they are wrong or right - what matters is the reputation it has given the game.
