SE Please Reconsider Fenrir's Role in FFXIV

I don't know the story behind it quite yet... but I feel Fenrir deserves better than dungeon boss given his godlikeness in other titles (primal twice, elder primal once - in ARR terms).

Sure, maybe it won't stop there, but even the idea we could fight & defeat him in 4-man content is saddening.

Perhaps replace him with another wolf-like model & rename?

I know this isn't FFXI but I feel Fenrir deserves better still.

Titles might be an overstatement. Wasn't he only "godlike" in XI? Lackluster in VI, and IX?

Wasn't Bahamut only important in a few games and was only a strong summon? No where near worthy of being a "main character" like he is in XIV until XI?

Nope, Bahamut was major in about 75% of ALL FF titles...

Yeah, a major boss or (in most) a strong summon, but the majority of the storylines didn't revolve around him, unless we've played completely different Final Fantasies.

Lol, did you play any Final Fantasy games at all? In I he turns the warrior of light into adults*, IV he is the God of the Eidolons, and IX was used by Kuja as a weapon. Fenrir was a minor summon in VI / IX, a bike, and a terrestrial avatar.

I would like SE to create a lore for beings I would consider lesser primals like Diabolos, Catoblepas, and Fenrir.

Also as fara as FFXI is concerned, celestrial avatars = elder primals and terrestrial avatars = primals. The celestrial avatars had the power to destroy the world.

This may be true,but he sure as hell had more of a presence then Fenrir ever did.

Which is irrelevant to my comment. Titles, plural, implies in more than one title. Fenrir was only good in a single title, singular. So, OP is a liar.
