Kappa LS recruiting solid players for Savage midcore progression 12PM PST start

Hello all,
We are a bunch of vet ffxiv players who are going from hardcore to mid-core for 3.0. We've cleared all content in-game when it was relevant, including most of savage. We are now looking for a slightly more laid-back atmosphere but efficient and timely clears for Alex Savage + whatever content SE jam into the game.
We are planning to run 3 days weekly with a start of 12PM PST (8 PM BST, 7PM GMT for reference) - preferably Mon, Wed, Fri.

Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of your job, we are not here to teach new players, you are expected to know all the ins and outs of your main, as well as the mechanics of all the other jobs in the game.
- Be willing to constantly improve and take constructive criticism well.
- Deliver close to your maximum capabilities whilst learning a new fight. Provide ideas on how to improve a run and progress.
- T13, Alex normal and Bis + Rav EX cleared.
- At least i175.
- Don't be late for events unless you've given enough notice in advance.
- Be okay with using voice comms (Discord or, as a last resort - TS).

1x BRD/MCH
1x WHM
1x SCH

Joining a FC is not required, however joining the LS is.
