Makes sence because they are considered support dps and are the weakest out of all dps jobs in terms of raw damage.

I actually have an easier time aiming it than I do the mage one. Mage one uses ground targeting AOE, bard/machinist is straight line target and doesn't require me to touch the mouse. I know I'm in the minority here though.

Show how you tested, with definitive proof, and then you'll be believed. Until then...you're doing nothing but spreading rumors.

Did you ever get around to testing this? I'm curious as to the results, but as I'm busy lately when I'm in game, I can't exactly take the time to test myself.....

I just did this while fighting Lakshimi... if it helps Im a Bard my L3 LB did 90k in damage avg ilvl of party was 275
