Can a moba mouse be used on PS4?

So I play XIV on the PS4 with a keyboard and mouse, but I have a corsair scimitar pro mouse I would like to use. However when I plug it into the PS4, although it is recognized by the console as a mouse, even its most basic functions don't work. Was wondering if anyone has a gamer/pro/moba mouse they're able to use on PS4 and if so, how they get it to work.
    Thanks!

As far as I know, the drivers required to make use of the extra functionality of the Corsair mouse doesn't exist on the PS4. Might explain why the basic functions don't work either (another example, Linux & Razer... try to use my Razer keyboard on Linux and even considerably slowing down my typing, the vast majority of keystrokes aren't registered, but it's fine on Windows on the same machine and same keyboard).

As I'm sure you are well aware, it takes more than one person to be able to kick a player from a duty, so in all those instances there were at least two people agreeing they'd be better off without you tanking.

It depends in if the mouse stores the functions on it. Or if they are enabled by driver. I have a mouse with onboard storage and it functions normally on the ps4, even with buttons changed to other things.

Corsair accessories are heavily dependent on drivers and software for them to function as normal. Unless they develop a driver/software package designed for PS4 and its operating system. I'm afraid you may be out of luck.
