    Missing alchemy recipes?

    I'm a level 59 alchemist who's been doing alchemy for most of this game, so imagine my surprise when I notice a couple of leves and even a class quest for items I've never seen before.
    Checking the database I should be able to craft the "draconian potions of" stat boosters at level 58 but these are completely missing from my recipe list?I've been 55+ for a week but have never seen them there. I've looked through my master books (1,2, and demi) and pvp but still nothing? Is there a specific trigger for these recipes or am i just bugged?

    Yup.. a lot is locked behind M3 books. Forcing you to have to do scrips if you want to finish quests or do other things. At least if you use HQ mats you don't have to do too much to acquire them tho.
