Who said anything about quest rewards? I'm not even sure what point you are trying to make, your comment implies that you agree that the rng from dungeon drops is ludicrous.

My comment about crafted gear referred more to the absolutely ridiculous amount of inventory bloat created in this expansion, I said nothing whatsoever about the gear we get from quest rewards.
