How active is your fc chat?

I'm just wondering how chatty people are in this game? Does your fc never shut up or are linkshells more active?

Comes down to what each FC does. Due to end-game ramping up, my FC has gotten a little quieter. However, we are usually pretty chatty. We have a larger FC of around 200 members, and a good chunk of them are active. Like I said before, it really comes down to how your FC is made up. A strong raiding FC is usually on the quieter side due to everybody "working". Some are just social FCs and those ones are generally pretty active. It really boils down to the personalities your FC attracts.

Well, for my FC we also have a ls too which we prefer to use as a number of our friends are in other FCs, so we use the ls to keep in contact with everyone. The FC chat channel seems to only be used sparingly for more 'FC orientated' discussion.

That and force of habit from playing FFXI for over a decade has ensured I just type '/l' automatically now when I want to speak to people without even thinking about it.

That's what XIV gets for 95% instanced and whats left outside instances can be soloed, so no one talks and builds the community :/

I'm in a FC where we average 60+ people on. They're pretty chatty and we also have a TS where we hang out from time to time. When there's maint, some of us join TS and we talk about in-game crap or random stuff. I also have 3 super chatty LS so, the social aspect of the game is there all the time.

My FC is quite active....but then again on average we usually have about 30-40 people online. We're a very friendly, casual FC, so chat can go in any direction...from anime, to favorite minion, to asking for assistance, tactics, etc...we keep our chat PG-13, and any drama gets snuffed immediately. There is ZERO tolerance. It keeps the atmosphere actually very pleasant if you ask me.

My FC is pretty active at all times with normally 60+ people online at once and we have a really active teamspeak. For the most part we are a social group though we do have FC statics, we also have plenty of focused crafters to since we had our FC airship up and running in record time.

We're small but VERY chatty. Many of us are friends in real life, so that helped a bunch, but we make sure to include our non-RL buddies in our conversations as well.

My FC is pretty active. They can be 8 to ten people on at time. But, I'm mostly chatting on one of my LS.

My FC consists of only three players at the moment, and if we're all online at the same time, we typically use the LS I created that is spread across our friends in multiple FCs. We do still use the FC chat though if we're trying to keep a conversation more private, or if it's about the FC itself.....
