Hello! I'd like to apologize in advance for poor English grammar.

Two days ago me and my boyfriend bought FFXIV and we love it! But the 90002 error prevents us from playing it. Yesterday it was bearable, we encountered the error three times (we played for around 4 hours), but today the game was unplayable. My boyfriend gets disconnected after playing for three or four minutes, I get disconnected after around ten minutes. We tried to play since morning, now it's almost 11 PM and we still get DCd.

We live together, have cable internet and the same ISP. We get disconnected at different times and he encounters the error a lot more often than I do. The game wasn't cheap and I feel like we threw our money away. We can't even refund it via Steam, because we played for more than 2 hours.

Should I write to the Support? I've read a few threads in the forums and people say that the Support cannot help with this issue and we have to wait for a hotfix. But the threads were from monts ago and the problem still exists. The game is subscription based and I feel like I'm losing money every minute (even though the first month is 'free'). My boyfriend is also losing his vacation days, he won't be able to play the game for more than two hours/day when he goes back to work. I want to play FFXIV, I love it so far and my boyfriend loves it even more! But we can't. Please help.

(This forum is very slow for me, I have to wait for half a minute when a page is loading. And it logs me out after a few minutes, even when I'm browsing it. Is this also the result of a ddos attack?)
