Oh I was also told by the same guy on the phone to make another character (because for some reason it let's me log in on a new character but not my main) and submit a gm report for them to zone my character out of Revenant's toll to a "safer spot". Which I went through the hassle of doing and then the gm said they wouldn't do that and they're not sure why customer service suggested it.

You know... Just want to play the game my time card is ticking away on. I also had the pleasure of the ps4 key not working and had to wait 6 days for them to supply me with a corrected code. I've asked if I'm going to be compensated for almost 11 days of time card wastage and no response on that. They have absolutely no sense of customer care at all. It's shocking.
