    this is happening to me as well, about every 20 min or so, I get disconnected with 90002 error, then If I try to log back in from start menu, says lobby server encountered an error or some such thing, game closes and I have to open the launcher all over again...

    Also been getting these suddenly, within the 4 days.

    It just occurs randomly. For a little while I was doing fine with no D/C's. Then it would randomly start up again.

    But I usually get either 90001 or 90002. And it's not my actual internet connection...because usually I'm on Skype with friends, and I never disconnect from them. Just the game.

    Can't even sign in anymore

    I've been getting the error, "Connection with the server was lost" (90001/10104) since I started playing over a year ago. It's at least been playable and the error intermittent. In the past week (for w/e reason) it's upped itself to every 5 minutes. I get logged off and sent back to the main menu screen.

    This is only on my main on Chaos - Odin. I have another character on each of the Data Centers and another on Odin, whom this DOES NOT OCCUR with. Unfortunately, I have logged over 200 hours on my main.

    Since yesterday, I cannot get past the loading screen. It does not even sign me in, simply going straight to the 90001 error.

    I want to know why. I want to get help from the people I'm paying my money to. The fact that they don't care is extremely insulting. Because if they did care, they would have responded to us by now.

    same issue, got those errors cant stay in game more then 1 minute
    started from yesterday and still same for today too
    anyone fix it or know what going on ?

    Starting to happen to me too, though I know where my main is logged out. She's logged out in a housing district, as is another character on another server. One on Goblin The other on Siren. A link perhaps?

    I've been getting 90001 and 10105 errors every time I've tried to log in with my main, following the notification that the world (Lich) is full with 50-75 players in the queue. The server disconnected me upon leaving an A1 instance and I haven't been able to get past the loading screen since.

    I have been getting constant 90002 errors as well. Weirdly it only happens when I play on my PC and not on my PS4/Laptop.

    Please fix this.

    I have tried absolutely everything, including multiple computers to resolve this, there is nothing left to try, this is not on my end, and only started once 3.1 dropped... i never had a single issue until the most recent patch. Its getting to the point where i cant do anything, and am getting 90k'd every 2 minutes - 80 minutes.

    This is user-to-user support. Don't get a lot of direct responses from SE in here, by design---as explained in the sticky welcoming you to this forum.

    Likely, everything on your end is indeed fine. The problem typically happens beyond the localized network(s)--where your ISP peers with another ISP to get to SE's ISP. For example, a route may go:

    local network ->AT&T -> Level3 ->Ormuco -> SE's network.

    When a user calls AT&T, the Tier1 helpdesk technician looks at the local signals and such, verifes everything between the modem and AT&T is fine. But....the problem is likely happening at the exchange on the other side of AT&T where they hand-off into Level3---or it might be inside Level3's network, or at their hand-off into Ormuco.

    You need to push for Teir3 support. You may get resistance (or they may play dumb and not know what you mean)--if so, ask for a supervisor. You NEED to get Tier3 involved, as they handle things deeper in (sometimes referred to as Engineering because, that is more or less their job description). They will likely want to send someone to physically check your lines, look at the DMARC, maybe the pole--to verify no physical issues. May have to play the game and have them come out. While there, demonstrate the issue to the technician if you can. Running traces to the lobby servers may help to that end:

    neolobby02.ffxiv.com (Aether - NA/Canada)
    neolobby04.ffxiv.com (Primal - NA/Canada)

    neolobby06.ffxiv.com (Chaos - EU/Germany)

    With any luck they will come to the conclusion it is a routing issue for Tier3 support to investigate and can file for the escalation.

    I'm pretty convinced it's the SE servers, since my friends who play on console with wifi, in a place with crappy internet speeds haven't been experiencing these 90ks at all. So to all the folks thinking it's them, it's more than likely not. Think I'll just wait this out until they fix it, since I am too scared to do anything like raids or trials, haha.
