No voiceovers in cutscene videos

I am new to this game. The VO's used to work in the cut scenes. I understand that not all have VO's. This problem started when I hit the space bar during a cut scene. I clicked no on the box that opened. The VO's went away. I cannot get them back now. I even hit the space bar again and clicked yes and it still does not work. How do I get the VO's back? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

You can ignore this thread. It has not worked for a week and today it suddenly started working. No idea why.
