    EU Player on Malboro here. Am also stuck in the South Shroud, in front of Toto-Rak. Get the disconnect 4 seconds after I log in. Can't interact or even bug me a few steps forward. Can't leave the zone.
    I would really love to play my Healer again.
    I got the Issue since yesterday, since the new Patch.

    An update from me, having immediately gotten the problem in Quarry Mill when I signed in tonight, I used my mobile to connect using a wi if hotspot and logged in fine. So I exited the area, and reconnected my router (to recycle my IP) and connected with Wi Fi instead of wired and I've been happily playing for an hour or so. Just MSQ at the moment.

    90002 Omega Solo Instance

    I have this issue as well since the new raid content went live. I play on Adamantoise NA. Tried so many times to do the solo instance for Omega. It's fine for me as long as I don't stand on the teleport/lift thing. The second I move to another platform, my connection pokeballs and throws me out to the main menu. A little disappointing, as I had planned to do new content with my FC.

    Posted in another thread but thought I'd share here.
    They know. I called them and they know. I told them they need to issue a response because forum uses are frustrated. Their response was "we've already addressed the DDOS attack". So it wlis related to that and obviously they have gone block happy on IP address. I told the advisor the DDOS attack post was not clear enough and did not address the 90k errors. He didn't seem to give a shit to be honest so...

    It's not a ddos attack, or if it is, it's hitting a specific node that people here are using, we don't know because we aren't the network engineers.

    It's frustrating beyond belief SE haven't issued a response or acknowledgement yet themselves.

    Oh I was also told by the same guy on the phone to make another character (because for some reason it let's me log in on a new character but not my main) and submit a gm report for them to zone my character out of Revenant's toll to a "safer spot". Which I went through the hassle of doing and then the gm said they wouldn't do that and they're not sure why customer service suggested it.

    You know... Just want to play the game my time card is ticking away on. I also had the pleasure of the ps4 key not working and had to wait 6 days for them to supply me with a corrected code. I've asked if I'm going to be compensated for almost 11 days of time card wastage and no response on that. They have absolutely no sense of customer care at all. It's shocking.
