Tried to start a solo duty, got dc'd and can't log in now. It's been an hour and I'm still stuck.

Yup, it's been happening pretty consistently for me since I D/L'ed the XP and started playing. 15-30m outside of instanced content, and anywhere from 2m-10m inside instanced content. sucks, but I'm pretty sure that no matter what they say, it won't change until the congestion smooths out.

Welcome to Final Fantasy XIV - 90002 Error
Seriously, though... this crap is happening once again!
Please, fix it before "launch". You're going to alienate a ton of newer people and a lot of older ones with this... prepare for the worst and hope for the best next time.
What a bunch of cry babies. Try running a large scale server like this with a sudden influx of players. It's not that easy.
Instead of crying about not being able to play this game, do something productive? There is a life outside of this game you know.

This is second expansion, where first one did not have this much problems. They did no properly prepared for things to come, but hoped for the best. Square Enix is not a typical Bob or Steve, but a huge company WITH experience in MMORPG. As long as people have to pay for game itself and monthly sub they have full rights to cry, rage and even threat unsibing or whatever they want, if a game does not work properly or service is poor.
For rest, tomorrow is a scheduled maintenance, so hope they will address some problems.
90002 in pvp, forced to re-queue again for 3 hours. At least add some timer to reconnect after DCs if you can't be bothered to fix this error for years.

				PS4 Specs.
My 900002's keep happening in Frontlines.

Queued for leveling duty. Got DC'd, so entered the login queue again. When ever the queue pops, I get a 90002 error.

After going through over 300+ posts, not a single one shared any diagnostic tests to give readers, and more importantly SquareEnix, a better understanding of what is really happening, except for post#85 , that instructed how to present data that will help isolate the problem of the error 90k.
I was hoping to see some diagnostic tests, especially in a thread titled "Constant 90002 Error", but boy am I disappointed.
FF14 Server Status and IP Addresses
Use the above link to get the IP Address that will aid you in performing diagnostic tests. It will be of great help to yourself and to SquareEnix in identifying the problem.
Its a universal issue that they're already aware of, completely on their end. Their servers are having issues moving characters into the instance for w/e reason. Hopefully this is what is being addressed in tonight's maint. After going through over 300+ posts, not a single one shared any diagnostic tests to give readers, and more importantly SquareEnix, a better understanding of what is really happening, except for post#85 , that instructed how to present data that will help isolate the problem of the error 90k.
