    Friendship Circlet

    So I did some rummaging around for an answer but found none, so could anyone tell me if the Friendship Circlet is available to all characters, or just the one you started with?
    I was thinking of making a second since I just officially started my subscription, but I'm curious about that nonetheless. It'd definitely be helpful!
