It is a fact WM adds to the BRD job a degree of complexity it never had in the expansion (you literally had 4 GCD skills in your entire rotation -.-). No offense...but there wasn't much difference between a very good BRD and an ok BRD in ARR provided they both dodged stuff and sang.

However, in 3.0 it is a 100% fact there will be a far wider difference between good BRDs and bad BRDs. And this isn't a personal opinion, it's a pretty obvious fact.

Knowing which phases of the fight require you to move and appropriately turn off minuette and in which phases of the fight you can go dummy mode and unleash all your fury with minuette will drastically separate good BRDs from bad ones and give this job FAR more depth than it had before (it had none...). Your BRD derps will no longer consist on missing that bloodletter nobody even noticed; now, things like turning on minuette in say Ravana EX when the balls pop up and start chasing you will result in a harsh DPS loss, but same goes for the opposite, not turning it on at all will also result in a harsh DPS loss.
I don't know about BRD players but I personally welcome every change that adds a greater degree of complexity to my job and allows me to stand out from the other players. Take this as a chance to shine in a job you never could in the first place because let's face it...it never required too much thought.
