Kudos to GM Axafidonx!

Ah I was wondering where I should have posted some feedback, so I suppose I'll contribute to this thread here.
GM Axafidonx responded to a call the other night quickly and efficiently. Was very kind and understanding, and seemed to have a sense of humour too! Axafidonx treated me with respect, using my name in the conversation kept him/her personal and nothing like some robot just doing it's job.

Gm Axafidonx! I just now realized where I can post some feedback lol....Thank you so much for your assistance the other day! Unfortunately, I plan on leaving FFXIV....and I know I said I didn't need anything else at the end of our discussion, but I think I lied. There is one thing: Never quit your job. Quick responder, polite, respectful, and so much more. In my opinion, you're the best Gm out there, hands down. Thanks again, take care! ^_^

We've all been frustrated when we ask GMs for help with an issue we feel is important to us and get a copy/paste response that isn't even sequitur. And maybe they're not even bad GMs but are just super busy and are doing the best they can with all the worlds' woes.

Thankfully, though, Axafidonx makes it a point to convey to the player that he actually understands what happened and - perhaps more importantly - that it's totally okay to confirm that bad behavior that a player reports can be confirmed to be bad in general terms without actually revealing any private information (such as the likely extensive history of similar bad behavior that the offending players also have).

I wish to give GM Axafidonx a round of applause. By far you are the kindest GM I have ever spoken with in any MMO I have played (as well as the fastest to reply to my situation). Very understanding of the situation cause I'm very awkward of things. >< I hope to speak with you again sometime (hopefully not over me reporting people) but on fun terms! May we find an adventure together one day and may Hydaelyn watch over your travels!
