What makes you drop a group?

When I\\'m healing and the group doesn\\'t make any attempt to avoid things that are easily avoided.

Litterally just had this happen in my hard roulette. Keep in mind I just spent the last five hours tossing and turning so no sleep tonight, I get copperbell hard. Everythings fine till the 1st boss and dps completely ignore adds not once but twice... I don't generally ditch a group when I'm healing but if you're not new to a dungeon know the bloody mechanics and how to handle them.

When it takes five minutes to clear the first trash pack of what I know is an already long dungeon, I'd rather eat the 30 minute penalty than be stuck in there for an hour.

Well it is their right to do so just as much as it's your right to drop and leave. I go by majority rules. Mostly because:

1) It's AV exp is exp

2) I honestly couldn't care less unless it's like 15 mins till reset for dailies.

I try to not every drop groups if I can. If I do, it's usually because I've lost track of time. Having been a "dumb" tank before, I try to have patience with all types. Easier said than done.

The only times I've ever dropped were when the dungeon took way longer than I thought it would/it should have taken due to multiple wipes and I just flat ran out of time and had to be somewhere. Depending on how communicative the party was I'll apologize before I drop.

However, as a tank, one thing that really tests my patience is those damn knock back attacks being used inappropriately. There is a time and place for the knock back attack. "Every time it's up" is not that time.

As a healer, my pet peeve is the massive trash pull combined with inability to keep hate, resulting in my death, my pet's death, or the tank's death while I try to keep us alive...I'm looking at you, tank who pulled all of floor one at Dzemael then returned when I tried to rez you, then didn't wait for buffs when we wiped, then proceeded to wipe us two more times. He just could not hold hate. He probably blamed me, because he dc'd, then the monk called her tank brother in and we cleared just fine.

I actually don't mind AV. It's fine with a good group. AV gets a bad rep. I'm happy to give people a short or full run.

I will drop if someone is being a loudmouth elitist jerk, or if the party keeps wiping to the same mechanic over and over.

My newest pet peeve: Healers who let me drop to 1,500 health on trash pulls so they can dps. Been getting nothing but THIS since I started dusk vigil yesterday. I don't mean to criticize your style of play, but DO YOUR DAMN JOB!

I leave groups when people seem rude and disrespectful. I don't want to run with people who are unable to be pleasant with others. I haven't left in trials unless there is a DC; but for Levelling roulette, I leave immediately on tank or healer if there is someone pulling ahead of me or is being an overall douche.

It is not worth my time to run disrespectful players through a levelling dungeon when I am only tank as an off-spec ><. It's really stressful to tank for disrespectful players and I'd rather have the 30 minute penalty than see them through the dungeon.
