I don't really have any actions or habits in other players that annoy me enough I'm willing to eat a 30 m lockout. I'm mostly going to try and complete what ever I queued for, if party performance in general is bad enough I might drop but by that point someone would start a vote abandon. If someone is trolling the party to the point something needs to be done, that's what vote kick is for.
