Unable to download patch files. [30413][20496]

I'm Downloading: ex1 - 2015.06.26.0000.0001
Its stuck at 47.85MB/83.49MB
Restarted my client multiple times and got same error.
I'm not gonna re-download the while thing again as my connection speed here is slow.
Any solutions?
If I can't play, then I'm not renewing my subscription again.

This is frequently triggered by an access violation. Make sure to launch as Admin and either suspend your antivirus or add exceptions for both the game folder and your game save folder (under My Documents/My Games). Your firewall solution should also have exceptions for all the executables in the game folder as well...about 6 or 7 of them nested in two subfolders, or you may want to suspend it as well during the patching.

The download may have gotten corrupted if it was a partial download, so you may need to delete it and try for a fresh pull again. They download into the game save folder and are nested in sub-folders under the downloads folder.
