When tanking fights as a DRK, I notice my TP pool is consumed much faster than it is on my WAR. Using only the 70 60 60 rotations with OGCD's and no DoTs, I run out of TP in 2:30 flat. As a WAR I will still be at 500 TP at the 5 minute mark without using Equilibrium. My GCD for DRK is 2.42 while my WAR GCD is 2.45; not a significant difference.

While testing this on a striking dummy I can run my TP flat broke in 2:30 as well, removing any variables that would be introduced through a real encounter. My testing rotations are as follows:

>Hard Slash (70 TP)
>Spinning Slash / Syphon Strike (60 TP)
>Power Strike / Delirium / Soul Eater (60 TP)
(This is weaving in OGCD's and ignoring DoT's and Blood Weapon.)

My WAR testing rotation is as follows:

>Heavy Swing (70 TP)
>Skull Sunder / Maim (60 TP)
>Butcher's Block / Storm's Eye / Storm's Path (60 TP)
(Also weaving in OGCD's and ignoring DoT's, but using Damage buffs which I am able to fit in before my GCD is up.)

There aren't a lot of differences between the two rotations, very minor fraction of a second differences. Looking at this TP consumption rate I can only assume that there is a bug causing your TP to either be consumed at a faster rate or your regeneration rate to be slower.
