Being real here - MCH damage is fine.

The "RNG" of procs is a hilarious arguement - 50% chance to proc for 40/60 more potency.. lol, get real - that makes a difference oh like 5 dps.

But clean shot is 200 pot? 100 pot with no proc.

But split shot is 140 potency. if you dont proc, its 140>140>140>140 etc. Procs only add 40 or 60 potency, if you consider that IF you dont proc, you're 140 pot.
