Static looking for an exceptional Bard/MCH for Alex Savage progression.

Hey,

Our group on Sargatanas(Mostly Donut members) is looking for an exceptional bard to complete our roaster. We are a HC but friendly group that is looking to enjoy alex HM progression together while playing at a high level, not compromising enjoyment or performance for each other as we do so. everyone has cleared t13 pre-echo(Some in the first month of 2.4) and members of the group have had various savage clears/experience with t10-t13 sales pre echo. We also have the most active linkshell on the server for selling content like primals & coil/alex.

our planned raid times currently are tentative, but we'll be looking to start at around 6:30 pm pdt for most days. our goal is to try to put in 21~ hours or so a week for the first weeks of alex HM progression, and then revert to a more steady 3-4 day schedule afterwards.

ideally we are looking for a BRD, but a MCH main that is heavily proficient in their job, or is also available to play as a skilled BRD as a sub job is welcome as well. candidates should have a thorough understanding of general game mechanics and their job's kit, where they are able to push out respectable dps and use their utility to its full extent at all times. intimacy with your job's optimal rotations and openers should be a given; be expected to get very well familiarized with fights to be able to perform your role at its best, in both support and damage.

particularly, we're looking for a player that's able to take criticism well and will learn/adapt quickly; not only to 3.0 and future job changes, but also in unfamiliar raid environments in response to mechanics and such. rather than a yes man, the candidate should be someone who can think for themselves and understand the workings of an encounter on their own, with or without instruction. the ideal candidate will also be on top of their game when it comes to min-maxing in areas such as rotations specific to specific encounters (ravana EX comes to mind), getting the most out of gear sets and stat weights, etc. voice communication+a microphone is a must, of course. transfers are welcome to apply.
