I dont even know why (i barely play as it is) but they locked my account out. I never got the inital email to fix it, but it said you can change your password to fix it...which i did 2x and its still saying that. I sent SE 2 emails and they responded to 1 saying its the wrong email (which its not) and the second one its been 2 weeks and they havent said anything back.

Ive played FFXI for 5+ years and i know their customer support sucks....but this is starting to really get to me. Anyone do anything else to fix this? i would use the chat/phone thing but im not home during the day and they seem to be the only MMO company that doesnt work on weekends (still never understood that?)
