So, what exactly does make that carbuncle plushes can be pre-ordered on the Square Enix NA store, BUT NOT on the Square Enix EU store? Are you planning to release them for EU players once they run out of stock thanks to the NA store? Well that's ingenious. Thanks a lot.

Huh? They are available to pre-order on the EU store though, I just pre-ordered mine with no problem.

They aren't, I went on your link that's the same no carbuncle plushes anywhere.

Well they were there when I ordered mine not long ago, like I said, order went through fine, got the confirmation e-mail afterwards as usual.

They can also be viewed by manually going to Merchandise > Soft Toys > Plush at the menu bar at the top. Here's another link being shared from the Final Fantasy XIV social media pages, you can try that one as well in case my first wasn't working for you.
