I'm still throwing in my lot for the cannon that launches you to a random spot on the map.
cutscene with gobbiecannon going horribly awry included.

This problem is most likely related to AMD users trying to use Nvidia Gameworks options in congested areas. (such as HBAO+ QUALITY)
haven't seen anyone with Nvidia, including myself complain about it. Only AMD.
the amount of players on my screen since DX11 seem to have little to no impact whatsoever on the fps.
This wouldn't be too bad, but I'd rather Aethernet Shards be placed around the Hinterlands. I like the idea of expanding Idyllshire and repairing Sharlayan as the patches go on.
Oh joy! Mounts in Iddylshire! If this becomes a thing I'd like to amend a request onto it. NPC's that can be interacted with should have collision boxes a malm wide! People are already stacking on some NPC's and summoning bell, be it mistake or intentional, it's damned annoying.
Can this be avoided? Please!
The problem is not because of the amount of people, it's the amount of people bunched in a small space. Idyllshire needs to be expanded land wise. Or permanently place instances.
I'm consistently getting a decent speed in Idyllshire myself, but I can understand why it could use a few changes. At the very least, having an aetheryte in the Hinterlands means people don't have to warp straight to Idyllshire first and then zone to get where they want to. That can only be a good thing for reducing the lag.
I have never had problems and I run a janky store bought pc
the only QoL change i want for Idyllshire....is...remove that bagpipe music.......really. from every other camp that plays it too, like azyx, and the goblin NPC camp, where you do alex quests, and bunch of other places.
It's even more annoying than the moaning NPCs, when you have ambient sounds on, in crowded areas.
