Riot Blade

At level 60, Riot Blade returns 404 MP, and Flash is only 707. That equates to about 60% return. Sheltron returns exactly 707 at 60, so a free Flash. There's also the fact that Riot Blade also gives about 1/5 of a Clemency too. I haven't had any MP issues at all.

This plus also passive mana regen on top of it. I can do 2 flashes and shelltron and be back full.
