Save your Big CDs.....I use sentinel after the first laser hit , I use HG on the second set , third ''if we make it'' let off everything you got to absorb the damage
As OT warrior, I tank swap with PLD. After discoid as he eventually runs out of cds,...in your case PLD should voke and pop sentinel/rampart.
I'm sure u can probably IB/stoneskin/adlo it.
yeah i swaped one time, too, i got a dark who don't want to do that.
if we swap we have enough cd,
but if i want to solo main, i have to use homlang in the second set i think but i still don't know when i have to,after 1st hit or second, if i berserk i can heal me 7000 HP at end of homlang (it need some try to figure that)
it's weird to ask that but i don't want to find a other tank not wanting to swap and be unable to down it... if it's a pld it's fine, but tanks to that dark XD (he say i don't want to swap because heal can't handle it... he should heal himself i think, why not making it easier for heal)

I popped Inner Beast and was able to take the tank buster no problem. If it's a dire situation, then pop Thrill as well and brace for impact
Functionally speaking, it's Akh Morn, albeit far less scary. Every time it goes off, it deals extra hits to get stronger.
Assuming your healers actually know what to watch out for, they shouldn't have any problem healing you through it; if you want to pop a steadily increasing number of cooldowns though go for it.
The best way to do it as a Warrior is on the first tank buster to pop Convalescence and inner beast. 2nd time pop Thrill of battle and another inner beast/Equilibrium if needed as well as second wind if you have it. 3rd time go for vengeance and inner beast/infuriate into another inner beast. by that point if hes not dead before 4th buster then the dps is slacking.
Tank swapping between crunches is the "safe" method, and the one I'd recommend unless you trust your healers a great deal.
Its a little bit different than Ank Morn.
During the real Ank you have ... just Ank. Nothing else. You can fully focus on it.
I A4 you get during the tank busters red circles to dodge and a fresh set of balls to collect the same time.
If the RNG is bad, its getting really hard at this part.

What my group did:
1st: Rampart + Sentinel
2nd: Holmgang
3rd: Hallowed
4th: Vengeance + Thrill + etc
Usually was dead on the 3rd, so never saw how much damage it did on the 4th.
If you want to solo them it'd probably be something like
1st: IB + Equilibrium/Second Wind/Bloodbath things
2nd: IB + Thrill + Conv
3rd: IB + Holmgang
4th: IB + Vengeance + everything else
Something else to note is that the former method allowed both tanks to stay in SwO/Deliverance the whole time, whereas the latter would require Defiance for IB.
