The 51-59 are already in the low level roulette, while two of the 60 dungeons comprise expert.

My requested change would be to add the story 60 dungeon, The A.R. Facility, to main scenario roulette, since it works the same way as those other MSQ dungeons, being the end of a story arc and has no loot.
