    Guess that is enough about the new classes.

    Seems we wont be seeing new classes for sometimes, and I am ok with that. We have plenty at the moment and they need a good looking into to be fixed and adjusted.

    "Q11. Any plans to add new a job/class during the 3.x series?"

    "A11. We’re currently working on adjusting the existing jobs, and don’t have any time to consider new jobs. New jobs will probably be introduced in 4.0. "

    It is quite a lot of work, so I'm not really surprised nor bothered. I would rather them focus on the PvE content than more Jobs, I think we are fine as it is.

    Not even sure why that was a question. Didn't they say back when ninja was released that they never wanted to release a job during regular patches again?

    Not sure, but I could agree on the idea of why not. I rather them take a year of fixing current classes and making new classes as versatile as the ones we got in 3.0.

    The best part is that they are giving us Afro's in patch 3.1. seems I must wait 1 year to become Afro Samurai, but it is not to late to be Afro Ninja!

    It takes about a year for the team to create a new Job for FFXIV, since they need to make things like skills, cutscenes, quests, weapons, armour and new individual animations. Due to that, they want to try and create a few jobs and release them all at once with the introduction of a new Expansion pack.
