Unable to view any Cutscenes before level 5 set

Steps:

1.) This may relate to the fact I changed my character to an Au'ra, though I doubt it, but I cannot watch any cutscenes before Chasing Shadows. Previously, I was able to rewatch the opening ones whenever I liked, but no longer. At first I thought maybe it was because I was on a job not available in 2.0 and that might prevent it, but that's not the case. I tried on Dragoon as well, which previously worked. I double checked with Lancer as well. Before Heavesward, if I checked my Cut Scene log, the 1st item was Close to Home, but since Heavensward, it has been Chasing Shadows. I don't know if it has been removed or is a glitch, but I think I should report it either way.

Main point, I am unable to rewatch certain cutscenes.

The opening quest isn't actually a main scenario quest, it's listed among the sidequest for whatever city you started in.
