Thread: Patch 3.1 will be insane(ly awesome)

yall think 3.1 will coincide with 2 year anniversary? Have some special events and content?

Being able to see other's TP will be amazing and less of a headache for NINs, well the ones that actually use their Goad at least, lol. No more guessing game on if someone needs the TP or not, woohoo!

After the first good impression about huge zones and new jobs, it seems the expansion brought barely more than a big patch.
There's nothing really new, and those 3.1 notes just sound like this feeling won't change anytime soon.

I doubt real horizontal progression will make a comeback anytime soon. Without things like set bonuses and unique effects from gear, there's little to no need for any further horizontal progression than they already have.

Like I said, Affro hair, Vanu dance, Haurchefaunt minion.

Okay seriously we will get "something new" like we did in the 2.x cycle. Yoshie did mention new GC content and new content for Chocobos and Magitech armor.

But before that we will have 3.1 with several quality of life improvements and small treats for fans. Who knows we might get a cool new GS feature in 3.1 Snowboarding and Blitzball are both likely to hit during the 3.x cycle
