Housing issues addressed in live letter?

Did they address housing in the live letter? I couldnt get it to load on my phone.

There was a blurb so far:
Q64. Can you make it possible to share a house with our Eternal Bond partner?

A64. While this is not limited to Eternal Bond partners, we are planning to implement a system in Patch 3.1 for housemates. You'll be able to enjoy decorating, raising chocobos, and gardening together.

That makes me think they will add more wards. They also again said no Ishgard for awhile (though they mentioned a housing transfer system for it).

i was about to sell my small house in lavender beds which would have cost some poor soul double what it worth (cuz you gotta get paid :P) but with this ill just vacate and said person will only have to pay normal rate... its a great idea

those are completely unrelated. if someone transfers their Mist House over to Ishgard than the Mist plot will be open. lack of open plots can only be fixed by new wards, whether they are new wards in Ishgard or in existing areas, they will created open plots.

Doesn't matter if you move from mists to Ishgard. That mists plot will be taken the moment it's open, probably by someone else's alt.

The supply, if its kept finite, will *never* meet the demands, and realms like Balmung and Excalibur might as well have signs on them that say "piss off scrubs, you'll never have a house here."

Depends on which issues OP is referring to, exactly. If you mean sharing with EB partners, then yes...

If you mean the fact that it's practically completely unavailable as a whole feature...

A63. We’re currently working to solve the inconvenience in the extended wards, so we believe it’ll be after this. This is because we think we first need to create a transfer system for players who wish to move to an Ishgard area.

...I don't think calling it an inconvenience fixes that. If he even meant that there, I don't even know.
