Viewing Live Letter

Hey everyone^ ^ I'm sorry if this has been answered a millions times, but I'm just returning after a long break. I remember before that we had an amazing, kind, wonderful person to translate the live letter as we went. I also remember he doesn't do this anymore. Is there another person who is doing this so I can understand what's going on? Thanks in advance, here's hoping for some good info!

Reinhardt or however it was spelled, the person originally translating live letters, actually got a job with SE because of his work! But, of course, now that his word has official weight, he kinda can't do loose unofficial live translations because of a variety of legal/player expectation related reasons.

That said there are still people doing them. When the Live letter hits, keep an eye on this and the XIV reddit and you'll almost certainly see a topic popping up with links to someone's google doc or something that's actively translating it.

Reinheart is a truly wonderful subligod, and though he has passed this job onto others his good work shall be remembered. There are quite a few people that do this nowadays on sites from Reddit to Twitch; good luck finding one you like.

Reinhart's name was in the credits at the end of 3.0 MSQ as well... not sure if anyone watched it in its entirety or not like I did. I smiled when I saw it, recalling how beloved he was in the community for his translation work!
