Starting Attribute Point Incorrect in Game

Steps:
1. I just started a new job as an Arcanist on my old character(just started playing again). I am a Lalafell Plainsfolk. During character creation it shows that I should have 20 MND attribute. In game, at level 1 I had 15. It is still pacing way behind my other stats(including INT.. although it should only be 2 points higher). Is there something else that is causing this? I want to go Scholar, but if I am going to start off 5 MND lower than I thought, I may want to reconsider Race.

Every class has its own set of stats. Arcanist is a dps class and as such has lower mind than a conjurer would have. You will, however, get a boost to Mind once you equip the Scholar crystal.
