Our group is in need of a BRD/MCH for Savage Alexander progression.

We raid 3am-6am EDT 4+ days per week during progression, sometimes more hours if people are willing and schedules permit for pushing progression. Our group has had t13 on farm since December. We want to push Heavensward content hard on release (EX primals done first week) and compete for server firsts. We want someone with the desire to learn and clear content quickly and efficiently.

Things we expect:

* able to make scheduled raid times
* use skype to keep in contact outside of raid times and be able to use ts3 during raid
* know your class to the fullest
* quickly learn encounters and react accordingly
* learn from mistakes don't mindlessly repeat them
* good attitude, able to give/receive criticism as needed
* never settle, always wanting to improve/better yourself
