I am having a problem with character transfer. Whenever I am trying to select the server I want to move the characters off of, it's a blank like.

The top bar I can select any server and hit confirm.

The bottom bar remains as a ----- . The only time it changes is if I switch it around but I don't want to move from my home server. I want to move toons from my friends server.

Is there something I am missing? I did everything the FAQ said to do.
