    Bought new expansion, NEVER received Email

    Hello all,

    Very much new to the FF community, and thus far, i absolutely love the game. I love it so much that I *attempted* to buy the new expansion.

    Upon checkout, Square Enix promptly deducted $39.99 from my bank account, and was lead to a verification page where i was to enter my phone number so they could text me a verification code.

    Punched in my number, but upon clicking "Verify", i was given an error saying "You do not need a mobile check for this purchase". Again, attempted to punch in my number a few more times, but to no avail.

    I decided to go to the My Account page, where my order history is. Under order history is the expansion, but it says "pending", and when i click the "view" button which should lead me to the download page, it promptly states "Sorry, this order is not validated."

    I was sent no email, and even tried CHANGING my email which gave me YET ANOTHER ERROR (error 11000)

    Very disappointed with Square Enix on this one. They took my money and gave me nothing in return.

    Help would be GREATLY appreciated

    Should open a formal ticket with SE as this will require an exchange of sensitive information. Might have to get their online partner involved as well (used to be Digital River I think...not sure who they use now).

    Is the transaction in your bank account marked as 'Pending' or has it fully gone through? As stated by Raist, I would open a ticket and get an official response. But it just sounds like the purchase maybe didn't fully go through.

    The money was taken from my bank account, so it's been fully processed. It states that the game is "Pending" on my Square Enix account page.

    Under "Download page" is "view". When i click View it brings me to a page that tells me "Sorry, This order is not Validated".

    I have no clue how to "validate the game". But yes, i did open a ticket with them, and plan on giving them a call tomorrow morning.

    Really hoping i receive an email throughout the night.

    The email support is dreadfully slow. Use chat or phone if you want replies within a decent timeframe.
