Horrible Lag and and Skipping

Ive been getting huge amount of lag, Used to run 40+ fps only dipping to about 20 only when its a huuuge amount of ppl and most are being tards casting spells for no reason.

This can easily be solved by turning off other's effects. That part is not hard to do. And no offense taken. But, I only cast to test my lag. And I try to do that away from others, out of respect and consideration.
