The total potency of a TC T3 is 745.5 [(320+70+320)*1.05] , beats AF3 F4's 529.2 potency
Swap out a F4 in in favour of TC will be a dps gain when the thunder DOT has little to no clipping

Still wish they would make thunder extends enochain by ~3sec instead but I can live without that

Actually all my past testing showed that when they say Thundercloud adds all of its duration's full damage to the initial damage, they really mean adding the 390 to the initial 70. So it's, (390 + 70) + 320 DoT portion, before considering Enochian.

If thats the case, even better than I thought.
Still I would like some QOL change to help us maintain enochian instead of a potency buff
