    Well thats dumb because in the live letter yoshi said he want thunder to interact with enochian

    My guess is he wanted Thundercloud to be a viable alternative to Fire IV in case you need to move and swiftcast is down.

    Well then that make it an unreliable band aid fix. 10% is still low and more often than not you wont have a thundercloud waiting for when you have to move

    Not sure what to think of this, but as you said, we'll see when the server goes live
