My quarantine experience last night oh you just popped enochian ley lines and raging strike you must want to go to quarantine then -.-

Quarantine isnt too bad when you just poped enochian. Its the worst when you are either
1) in astral fire with 1k mana left
2) mid casting blizzard 4 trying to refresh enochian, causing it to expire

Thundercloud: Chance to activate the effect of thundercloud has been increased to 10%.

Damage over time potency increased from 35 to 40.

Potency when triggering Thundercloud III has been increased from 340 to 390.


Enochian: Reusing the action while under the effect of Enochian will reset the timer to 30 seconds.


Gordian Staff: 102 crit 71 SSPD.

I'm curious as to what this even fix, we dont use thunder because we dont have the time after the first refresh

Tell me Thundercloud is off the GCD and in no way interferes with our Enochian rotations. Please, tell me. It has to be. They left that out, right? They wouldn't just buff the crap out of the thunder line and then leave out the vital component necessary to make use of it in the rotation the entire class was designed to operate around, would they?

Unless they were trying to buff our damage in situations where we let Enochian fall off...
