It would have been nice if the Law bonus was based on having a level 60, not just being on a 60...

I couldn't agree more
They're both bonuses. They're offering you some diversity, not trying to withhold stuff from you.
When in doubt, assume sarcasm
While I agree with Malevicton, yeah. I put off leveling the new jobs because I needed to rush tomes for Alexander. Not a huge deal, but having to choose between new content and staying current is poopy.
Yea originally I was under the impression that you can get law as long as you have a level 60, so I rushed my first level 60 before I did any thing else with the new jobs.

Tanking is a job, DPSing is a science and Healing is an art.
If the Tank dies, it's the Healer's fault. If the Healer dies, it's the Tank's fault. If the DPS dies, it's their own damn fault.
As with all tomestones you need to participate As a level capped job for the bonuses. Otherwise you get xp bonuses.

This has been the system since duty finder bonuses existed.. What would ever give you this impression.
Its only 20 more tomes than a regular Fractal or Neverreap run.
Hell, just do Facility and rake in all the newb bonuses as people do it for their MSQ.
IMO, its better used as easy massive XP boosts, particular for the 50 - 51 grind.
Expert roulette, hunts, and alex spam on 60 for tomes. Everything else for exp! Get your alex drops, tomes, seals and still do all your exp roulettes!
I'm using my roulettes for bonus exp on my dark knight atm. Sure, i'd probably get exp faster just spamming my highest level dungeon, but it breaks up the monotony of 8 runs a level currently. I can always go back to grinding the roulettes for tomes once i'm lvl 60 on this class.
