    I agree it should be at least 30 seconds, its great to have some mp back every minute but I just dont find the skill that good to be a lvl 60 skill

    I agree. For the lvl 60 skill, it's nothing special. Its nice to get some mp back but for the lvl 60 skill.. its kind of lacking
