I use it as part of my opener, Do the DA+ Aggro Combo, Carve and Spit and it's made it like your not even used MP at all! And if you think about 1 min aint really that long of a CD com paired like 5-8 mins so there's a good 5-8 usages there.

Not saying its useless, just saying it was implemented in an odd way. No ties to any abilities, off GCD(Which is welcome) but it just seems like a "random" ability for the lvl 60 skill.

Na not ye, that was more aimed at the OP. But yeah CAS is a very handy skill that true dose not have a specif time to use it, it is one of those skills that you should use as soon as it's back up, the more time you leave it the the less MP you'll regain over time.

Use it inbetween GCDs with DA when you have above 2.5k mana, use it below 2.5k mana without DA to restore some.

What would make this ability complete is to keep the 100 potency and add the three hits to the ability. keep the mp regen with each hit for a substantial mp gain. And for the DA ability keep the ability the same but just adding the three hits without having the ability to crit

It regens the same mp as Syphon Strike or does a crapload of damage off GCD. There is literally nothing to complain about C&S.

No, it's really not.

We get a skill that is off GCD that can either: A) restore MP (something useful and beneficial to us for MP management), or B) Do a large amount of damage (useful when you don't need to regen MP, free extra damage)

Objectively, there is nothing at all to complain about C&S.

I see what you're saying but for THE lvl 60 skill, its nothing special... Come on lets be real. Yes you get some mp back or do dmg but its nothing spectacular being the last ability
