    @OP - People who are speed pulling level sync dungeons need to understand that you aren't "Godly geared" anymore and need to calm down. Don't think anything of it.

    Yeah, you can't Esuna them off. You have to let them expire. You can Esuna the Disease effect the boss likes to throw out though.
