This is a good idea in theory, but in practice I don't see it really being useful D: I'll elaborate:

When I'm healing, my eyes are 1) On HP bars/buffs/debuffs 2) on the ground, looking for the danger zoooooone or on the focus target bar, checking enemy moves, and lastly on the chat log, just incase.

The paci debuff isn't going to last long, and if you've gotta ask for esuna, chances are it's going to wear before it's finished casting.

A bard should be checking MP pools since they are visible, unlike party TP. A bard should be thinking "Well, the boss still has xx% to go, WHM is going through mana like a champ and they are <30%", using their best judgment, they should be tossing up a ballad without being asked D:

Chat bubbles are often short, and fleeting, and one more thing to try and keep track of. Honestly, I think if macros are used/needed, then the noisy chat-log based macros are pretty efficient and easier to read in the heat of the moment as opposed to chat bubbles.

It was a nice idea though, don't get me wrong^^;;, I just think that it wouldn't be as effective as you'd like ;;.

Sorry if my points are not too clear, it's late and I'm tired! lol

Have a wonderful day!
