Most likely development tools or something. It was also spotted in this letter, albeit without an actual icon back then.

Materia? Maybe they decided to put an icon on the button that before was an "Missing Icon" image. This most likely a gm-tools button.

Actually if you look at the the bottom of the video really closely you'll notice that the archer, at least, was still rank 50.
